A letter from Tom Hanks to Chris Hardwick, written using the red 1934 Smith Corona typewriter that Hardwick send Hanks as a bribe to appear on his podcast, 'The Nerdist'. 

On July 8th, 1969, speechwriter William Safire wrote and sent this contingency plan to President Nixon's Chief of Staff, in the form of a speech to be read out by Nixon should astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin become stranded on the Moon, never to return, followed by some brief instructions relating to its broadcast.
